For ready-stock products: 7–14 business days after PO confirmation and deposit payment. For indent (made-to-order) products: 21–45 days depending on product type and volume. Air freight for live grouper follows airline schedules: typically 1–3 days in transit. Sea freight transit times vary by destination: 7–10 days to East Asia, 15–25 days to the Middle East or Europe. We will provide accurate lead time estimates once order details are confirmed.

We advise buyers on all necessary export documentation and partner with experienced customs brokers in key markets. We provide complete export docs: COA, Health Certificate, Halal Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate (for agricultural products), Certificate of Origin, and FDA Prior Notice where required. Destination customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility, but we support the process with full documentation.

Standard payment terms: 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) deposit upon PO confirmation + 70% before B/L release. For established buyers with a track record, LC at sight (Letter of Credit) is also accepted. We do not accept cash payments. For new buyers, we always begin with T/T to establish trust before discussing other arrangements.
